For our Customer Success department, we are looking for an IT Project Manager<\/strong>. Your main focus will be to ensure that digitization projects are completed effectively, efficiently and within the defined time, cost and quality requirements.<\/p>

Main Tasks and Activities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Project Planning<\/u>: Definition of project goals, distribution of tasks, estimation of time and resources needed<\/li>
  • Resource Management<\/u>: Assignment of tasks to team members, performance monitoring and conflict management<\/li>
  • Communication<\/u>: Facilitating communication between team members, customers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties involved are informed about the status of the project<\/li>
  • Monitoring and Control<\/u>: Constant monitoring of the project’s progress in relation to the initial planning, identification and timely resolution of any deviations<\/li>
  • Risk Management<\/u>: Identification and assessment of risks related to the project, development of strategies to minimize them and management of critical situations<\/li>
  • Quality Assurance<\/u>: Implementation of processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the software product, including regular testing and reviews<\/li>
  • Budget Management<\/u>: Monitoring project costs and managing financial resources efficiently<\/li>
  • Customer relations<\/u>: Coordination of activities with the customer, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction<\/li>
  • Post-Project Assessment<\/u>: Analysis of project results, identification of areas for improvement and collection of feedback for future projects<\/li>
  • Team Development<\/u>: Providing support and leadership to the team, identifying training and professional development needs<\/li><\/ul>

    The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Humanistic Informatics<\/li>
    • Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)<\/li>
    • Previous experience in implementing digitalization projects<\/li>
    • Ability to lead complex projects<\/li>
    • Experience in planning, leading and facilitating meetings with different stakeholders (e.g. delivery managers and CEOs)<\/li>
    • Results orientation, determination, proactivity, leadership and teamwork<\/li>
    • Availability for travel throughout the country<\/li>
    • Excellent organizational skills<\/li>
    • Excellent standing and communication skills<\/li><\/ul>
