For our UK Branch we are seeking a motivated and results-driven\u00a0Business Development Representative (BDR) who will follow the UK<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>market <\/span><\/strong>to join our sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about technology and sales.<\/p>

Main Tasks and Activities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Lead Generation:<\/strong>\u00a0Research and identify potential customers through various channels<\/li>
  • Prospecting:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads<\/li>
  • Qualifying Leads:<\/strong>\u00a0Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and qualify them as sales opportunities<\/li>
  • CRM Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system<\/li>
  • Collaboration:<\/strong>\u00a0Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns<\/li>
  • Product Knowledge:<\/strong>\u00a0Stay informed about our software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers<\/li>
  • Follow-Up:<\/strong>\u00a0Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads<\/li>
  • Performance Tracking:<\/strong>\u00a0Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification<\/li><\/ul>

    The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Native English speaker<\/li>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field<\/li>
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry. We also open to consider recent graduates that have completed an MBA or attended a prestigious University and are interested in pursuing a career in sales<\/li>
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools<\/li>
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/li>
    • Resilience and ability to handle rejection<\/li>
    • Knowledge of Italian and a third language is a plus<\/li>
    • Familiarity with social selling techniques and digital marketing tools is a plus<\/li><\/ul>
