\n 3i Group had the need to identify and adopt a complete and integrated software solution that, in addition to covering the entire life cycle of the project, would allow real-time control of analytical accounting and the management of administrative processes and financial flows.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n A solution capable of adapting to a multi-company stratified organization.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

SOLUTION<\/h3>\n\n

\n Akeron\u2019s solution was able to completely align itself with the logic used up to that moment by 3i in managing both internal and external processes. In particular, the project evolved the organization of different areas, such as:\n<\/p>\n\n

  • \n Management of the quotation process:<\/strong> \n offers, processed through the module integrated with MS Word, follow an approval workflow involving several operators with different roles. Once the offer has been completed and sent, a dedicated register is automatically updated, allowing the planning of commercial activities, follow-ups and prospect management.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Reporting of hours worked:<\/strong> \n activities recorded in the diary are used both by the HR department for processing time cards and by management control to define costs and margins of individual orders.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Management of technical resources:<\/strong> \n reservation requests for company technical resources (in particular vehicles) are automatically sent to the secretariat, which collects and assigns vehicles based on different parameters such as availability, time of use and distance. This process also guarantees regular maintenance and safety of vehicles and personnel. Integration with vehicle\/operator mileage tracking allows analytical accounting of vehicle usage costs.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Single register of purchases:<\/strong> \n a single register, available to the administration and accessible by division managers, allows payment control and rapid approval, monitoring external costs in real time.\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Analytics:<\/strong> \n access to updated data on turnover, times and hours enables accurate analysis of the cost centers of each project.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    \n Another distinctive element of 3i\u2019s solution is \u201c3i Enterprise\u201d, a function implemented specifically and integrated with the TeamSystem Gamma management system. It allows visualization of payment deadlines and the automatic sending of reminder emails, improving company control over outstanding customer receivables.\n<\/p>\n\n\n
