Quality Policy | ISO 9001
The Quality Management System includes all products and services offered by Akeron, management, monitoring and control methods, the assessment of risks and opportunities, stakeholders’ requirements, and everything that has a total impact on the final outcomes of the products and services delivered.
Akeron’s Top Management, taking into account the context in which the organization operates, particularly its reference market and competitor analysis, defines the “Quality Policy” to support its strategic direction and the objectives it intends to pursue.
It determines:
- The importance of implementing synergistic actions with Partners to strengthen product distribution;
The focus on continuously improving the offering in terms of technology and functionality; - The importance of promoting collaborations with international partners to expand the reach of Akeron’s offering and open up new market segments;
- The commitment to increasing the satisfaction of loyal customers and focusing efforts on acquiring new ones by providing accurate service, professionalism, quality of work, and above all maximum availability, as well as seeking customized and highly efficient solutions in terms of process simplification and reduced management time;
- The commitment to best meeting the expectations of all interested parties through constant control and monitoring of processes and the feedback derived from them, which provide input elements for defining improvement objectives;
- The importance of consolidating new development strategies by considering opportunities, risks, and their level of impact on achieving the planned objectives, defining effective preventive actions;
- The commitment to ensuring all necessary resources for the proper execution of processes, including infrastructure, work environment, and personnel (identification of key individuals for activity development and correct definition of the project team);
- Achieving the highest level of cost-effectiveness and efficiency in management; ensuring maximum transparency in management decisions to all interested parties.
With constant reference to the above objectives, Top Management undertakes to:
- Identify the needs and expectations of both internal and external interested parties and commit to meeting the identified requirements;
- Disseminate within Akeron the adopted Quality Policy, containing the corporate strategies that serve as a framework for defining Corporate Quality Objectives, ensure its availability to interested parties, and keep it constantly updated in relation to the vulnerability of the context;
- Implement an adequate Quality Management System (QMS) control system that enables the measurement of the performance of each process, including outsourced processes;
- Pursue continuous improvement by measuring customer and stakeholder satisfaction through tools capable of providing useful feedback for planning improvement actions;
- Provide the necessary resources to manage the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System.
Information Security Policy | ISO 27001
The policy therefore governs the methods of access, use, and transfer of data relating to personnel, software products, and services offered by Akeron; the management, monitoring, and control procedures; risk assessment; stakeholder requirements; and everything that impacts data security.
Akeron’s Top Management, taking into account the context in which the organization operates, particularly the reference market and competitor analysis, defines, in support of its strategic direction and objectives, the “Information Security Policy” (POL-ISO-27001).
This policy establishes:
- The importance of implementing synergistic actions with different stakeholders to enhance the spread of a security culture;
A focus on continuous process improvement in terms of technology and functionality aimed at strengthening security; - The commitment to best meet the expectations of all interested parties through constant control and monitoring of processes and information, providing input elements to define improvement objectives;
- The importance of consolidating new development strategies by considering opportunities, risks, and their level of impact on achieving the defined objectives, and by defining effective preventive actions;
- The commitment to ensuring all necessary resources for the proper execution of processes, infrastructure, work environment, and personnel (identification of key individuals for activity development and correct definition of the working team);
- Achieving the most appropriate level of information protection while also considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency in management;
- Ensuring maximum transparency to all interested parties in communicating events that may have impacted relevant data.
With constant reference to the above objectives, Top Management undertakes to:
- Identify the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and commit to meeting the identified requirements;
Disseminate within Akeron the adopted Information Security Policy, containing the corporate strategies that serve as a reference framework for defining security objectives, ensure it is available to interested parties, and keep it continuously updated in line with contextual vulnerabilities;
Activate an appropriate ISMS control system enabling the measurement of performance for each process, including outsourced processes;
Pursue continuous improvement by achieving security objectives through tools capable of providing meaningful feedback for planning actions aimed at the defined goals;
Provide the necessary resources to manage the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.

Akeron is committed to:
- Adopting tools to prevent any form of gender discrimination and to combat any act that harms the dignity of personnel, regardless of role or level of responsibility;

Report SOC 2
Akeron has obtained the SOC 2 report for the Vulki platform, confirming the adoption of a structured system of controls to protect data and processes managed by the platform.
The certification attests compliance with the Trust Services Criteria related to security, availability, and information protection.
This achievement strengthens Akeron’s commitment to ensuring reliability, transparency, and trust for its customers.
Obtaining SOC 2 certification for Vulki is the result of a rigorous process of analysis, design, and verification of internal controls, assessed by an independent third-party body.
The SOC 2 framework requires the organization to demonstrate not only the existence of formal policies and procedures, but also their effective implementation and continuous monitoring over time. In the case of Vulki, this includes structured access management, infrastructure protection, application change control, vulnerability monitoring, security incident management, and business continuity mechanisms.
The certification also confirms that Akeron adopts a systematic approach to risk assessment, integrating information security into corporate governance and product development processes.
For Vulki customers, SOC 2 represents a concrete guarantee: data is managed according to internationally recognized standards, with verifiable controls and continuous oversight of IT and operational risks.
